Great executive apartments for business travellers and the first night I stayed in a suite definitely geared for couples, it was very comfortable. I unexpectedly stayed 5 days longer and they were able to move me into a suite with laundry which was super helpful and the dry cleaners nearby appeared closed (covid).

Superbly clean facility. Beautiful view. Brilliant location in middle of downtown, right next to King station. Remarkably comfortable and large bed for 2. Powerful warm showers (very hot in the mornings). Excellent coffee shop (daily ritual) attached next door...perfect Lattes. Gym, spa and sauna were a wonderful addition and high-end. Staff were helpful, AND they make an sour apple martini at the bar!!!! We would Definitely return.

Where shall I start... If I could, I would give rate it as 15, 20. It's 10+ for me. I had a wonderful stay at One King West Hotel. I had wonderful views, I woke up to the view of CN Tower, had breakfast looking at the CN Tower and also the Ontario Lake. Room was very spacious, staff was friendly, location of the hotel is perfect!! I can't describe exactly how I felt during my 5 days at this hotel with words. I truly had a great time! Thank you! If I come back to Toronto and I think I will, I would like to stay in the same room, please :) I felt home at this hotel!

The location is great for tourism, its a very busy location though. Room views are wonderful especially on the high floors. There are a lot of wonderful staff at this hotel too. Special mention of Chloe, really hospitable check in experience. Each room/suite has a kitchenette, which is a requirement for us. The larger rooms are often occupied so its worthwhile booking them as early as possible.

Helpful staff. Functional kitchenette and other appliances (e.g alarm clock with a bluetooth speaker, iron, etc.). Dishwacher turned out to be quite handy. Good regular cleaning. Handy outlets. Powerful central heating. Decently sized TV. It is possible to connect your laptop to the TV if you have an HDMI cable. Far-reaching city view (especially if you stay at a higher floor). Good quality shampoo, shower gel, etc. (nice fragrance) Cozy, clean, and decently equipped gym, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Room photos were taken while moving out. The city photo with a green arrow is the ony one that is not mine; it just locates the hotel at the Toronto city skyline.

Very good location with a Metro station just outside and also linked by the PATH network. Also easy walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and the shore of Lake Ontario with its ferry terminal and water taxis to the Toronto Islands. The hotel used to be a bank and has interesting features such as the bank safe room and the public rooms are very grand. The building itself is beautiful.

The location is very good and safe. There is a drug mart store next to the hotel and it was very convenient and easy to purchase the metro tickets from them. There is also King Station in-front of the hotel which saved us walking sometimes when we didn't want to walk from or to Union Station. For breakfast we could bring our food from the Ritual Cafe and take it in the hotel lobby and that way we could enjoy the hotel environment and the comfort and make our stay at the hotel more pleasant.

The hotel building had beginnings as a bank which lent it much character and the room was huge and very comfortable in a homey sort of way with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Location wise it is hard to beat being within walking distance of most downtown locations of interest. There are also subway and bus stops right outside.
